We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.

Return Windows

• EU, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, Mexico & major EU countries: 15 days after delivery
• Spain: 30 days
• Australia, UAE, GCC: 90 days from order date
• Brazil: 30–90 days
• South Korea: 3 months (defects) / 7 days (personal)
• Others: 15 days after delivery

• Items without packaging
• Customized jewelry (unless damaged/incorrect)
• Earrings & piercing items (unless damaged/incorrect)
• Digital or perishable goods

If the order arrives after the refund, you may keep the item.
